PaceBook RD500

The new PaceBook RD500 is our latest product in the PaceBook line. It is our first fully ruggedized unit. With it's IP rating of 54, it can withstand dust, rain and even falling from a small hight.

The PaceBook RD500 combines the power of Intel Core Duo Technology processor, for speed and power efficiency, with the new Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate operating system in a sleek lightweight form factor that can be carried about as easily as a pad of paper, but features the full functionality of a state-of-the-art PC.

Dual Input

The PaceBook RD500 offers a 10.4” LCD dual mode screen that switches between active digitizer (pen) and touch screen input. This technology was first introduced to the market by PaceBlade years ago on its famous PaceBook series. Additional features include three user-programmable buttons, biometric fingerprint reader, Bluetooth and wi-fi connectivity, optional GPRS support  and outstanding performances at temperatures even below -10 degrees Celsius...
